Had trouble with my 20 year old hot water system the weekend before Easter.I phoned Adco Plumbing late morning on a Saturday and Silvano dropped around to assess the problem Saturday afternoon. Sunday I rang him back to let him know I would like to go ahead with the job.Monday morning a brand new Rheem hot water system was delivered 15 minutes before Silvano said his left hand man Andrew would arrive.Andrew was very professional and well mannered . He got the job done very quickly and even had time to check a kitchen tap for me before he left. Silvano was amazing! We needed him in a hurry for a vulnerable woman in the local community and he was there in a flash. Given the job was far worse than anyone expected he went above and beyond to keep his booked jobs but also come back before dark and the following day to rectify the issue. Silvano is the ONLY plumber I will engage use on any of the properties i manage. We have owners asking for his details to use on their own properties, they are that impressed with him. Without a doubt the most reliable, honest and experienced tradesman i have ever dealt with. Never heard of anyone being anything but impressed with his work. He is also a qualified gas fitter, so he also looks after our hot water issues. His prices seem to be unbeatable and the quality of his work is faultless. He is always able to get out to the jobs quickly, any emergency call outs he has always sorted and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. Can't recommend him highly enough!
