Green Lotus Laser

I had laser for pigment 6 weeks ago for a linear line on my tummy. Unfortunately what I have ended up with is hypopigmentation. Further I was not advised of such a long healing time. If it ever heals. I was advised healing should be around 4 weeks.There's loss of colour not only to the line but to the surrounding skin. A 532nm setting was used in the area and I am a Fitzpatrick 4. I've raised this with the studio owner and despite sending them images of my loss of colour to the skin, they stand by that the correct protocol was used. I am devastated with the result and refuse to return as I now lack trust in the experience of the technician. I've since seen several dermal clinicians from 4 reputable clinics for their opinions on my skin and they all have said the 532nm wavelength should have never been used on my skin tone. Take caution and I recommend you elsewhere.
