Friendly, swift, cost-effective service originally but followed by total inability to make contact to fix a couple of issues. No response to many, many phone messages, SMS or email. I'm hoping this review will get Tim to call.****Tim has now let me know that he as been ill and is unable to work at present. So all the best to him for a complete and swift recovery.

I can't recommend Blue Bay Heating & Cooling enough.Tim and his team installed our hot water sytem and heating, which have been running like a dream ever since.I was not only impressed with their professionalism but they went above and beyond, looking into the best energy effecient systems for our home.I'll now reap the rewards when gas bills come in, after working from home 24/7. Tim at Blue Bay Plumbing was amazing! We couldn’t rate him highly enough for his service and expertise.We had 2 split system air conditioners installed in our bedroom and living room. Tim was amazing from start to finish.Tim was timely with organising a quote and even gave us a couple of options to consider for which units / brands to install, depending on our budget.Tim was extremely punctual for the job and responsive to all communications. He was honest and gave us all of the information we need to know about our aircons, and happily answered other questions we had about heating/cooling/plumbing. He took the time to explain all of the settings on the remote and how to clean the filters when needed, there were no silly questions.We would highly highly recommend Tim and his team at Blue Bay Plumbing. Tim at Blue Bay was great when we were looking at spending $8-9000 installing both a new hot water service and central heating. We now have a problem with the central heating. We contacted him on the 2nd September and he sent an employee out who stated that they needed to order a part and it should be available the next week. Two months later the system is not fixed, he is not returning our calls or replying to our SMS's. No recommendation from us.As an update we have just, two years after the above post, had the manufacturer out for a warranty item. We have been told that the unit is incorrectly installed without a drainage connection. Tim is still not returning my calls.

I used Tim to service my evaporative cooler and clean my air conditioning filters. Tim arrived on time, was honest and very friendly! He is also very affordable! I found his service to be exceptional and would recommend to anyone!

We engaged Tim and his team to remove our old ducted heating and replace it with a new Hydronic heating system. We got several quotes, but Tim's was by far the most custom, detailed and reasonable. From the start, Tim was very attentive with ensuring all the little details were covered with our selections. He happily answered my constant questions and was easily accessible by phone. The team showed up on time, and even finished the job earlier than we thought. Tim even spent alot of time taking us through the wifi controller and how to control the heat in each room. We now have this amazing new system keeping us toastie and warm. Thank you so much! We are very grateful for such a great experience.

Friendly and competent, worked hard in the heat (ironic they install air conditioners!) to give us a cool house by the evening. I will use them again when we redo the bathroom. Can definitely recommend!

‘Great reliable service, would use again’Tim recently replaced our gas ducted heating. Communication during the quoting process and leading up to the date of the job was excellent. Tim was punctual and worked hard all day in order to complete the job in the timeframe specified, even though he was a man down on the day. Tim and his team installed my hydronic heating system earlier this year. Tim talked me through my options and made sure I was 100% happy the entire way. I am so happy with the heating system. I can't imagine I ever lived without it. Tim and his team were exceptional. Tim kept contact via the phone and the team were always on time. They even finished ahead of time. They went above and beyond. Bailey did a follow up visit and was so helpful and polite checking everything. I was so pleased that I had them help with ideas and installation in my en-suite. If you are considering what heating to install, I can highly recommend hydronic heating. It looks and feels great and the system Tim installed is so simple and makes life easy.
