As usual, thank you ladies, I came in with my boy today and it had been a little while and a lovely staff member remembered Ghosts name. They price matched for me too. My favourite pet store thank you for making it a pleasure.

Best groom we've ever had!! Very reasonable pricing. The dogs had fun choosing their own treats, the staff were all lovely.

Appalling customer service. From the moment you walk in the door they yell hello at you with out looking at you. 2 days in a row I have been to this shop for fish. Nobody comes to help at all. Today I went to replace a fish that I purchased the day before that died over night I even sat down on the safety step at the fish and still nobody came to help ended up leaving empty handed. Staff stare at you as you leave like you have done something wrong.

Was able to get a booking for dog grooming at short notice (next day). They did a wonderful job on our Maltese. Will be going back for sure.
