Lovely set up this store...small but well set out..staff could do with a bit of personality though...too busy talking to each other to worry about the customer... As for the new Big Mac have not had a hotter one yet at any store.. And doesn't taste that much different...

Good Looking Newer Store with Plenty of Parking Out Front.Located Within The Benowa Village Shopping Centre.Loses MANY Points for INSISTING Patrons Use The Self Serve Function !!!This IS Inconvenient, Impersonal, Time Wasting & Causes The Entrance of The Store To Become Overcrowded & Blocked !!Placing An Order On Those God Forsaken Machines, Takes MUCH Longer, Than If A Customer Was To Place Their Order With An McDonald’s Employee At The Counter !!McDonald’s Benowa, Please Have Counter Service & Ordering Available For Those That WANT / NEED It !!Hungry Jacks, Has Counter Service, (MUCH Better !!) & Is Cheaper.Lift Your Game McDonald’s !!& STOP Forcing People To Use Your GERM Riddled Self Serve Machines, That DON’T Get Wiped Down Nearly Enough !!

First maccas I've been to where a Big Mac is presented looking like a burger and not a pile of squished mush. Other stores could learn from you. I'm impressed. Well done.Oh this is based on more than one visit. So consistent quality.

Too nosyToo smallAND the fries have been undercooked exact time. 6 times over the last two years.I probably should stop going to this McDonald’s but we have family close by.

Very disappointed with the service I received at this store. Two Senior staff, one was the duty manager and the other was a team leader both standing with their backs to the front counter. They saw me and looked the other way. I was having trouble with using the code to access the machine and continued for over 5 mins going to and from the counter. Finally got it to work with no help from staff.Macca's says they have good customer service but it has definitely left this store. Won't be in a hurry to go back there.

Give these employees a raise! I recently visited this Maccas store and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by their impeccable customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and the staff was more than willing to help me with my order. They were knowledgeable about their menu items and offered suggestions that perfectly matched my dietary preferences.I was delighted with the quality of the food as well. Everything was fresh, tasty, and prepared to perfection. The diverse menu options allowed me to choose a meal that suited my needs, and I appreciated the attention to detail when it came to accommodating different dietary requirements.The restaurant itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to dine. The tables and chairs were clean, the floors were spotless, and the restrooms were also very clean.What stood out most to me was the store's commitment to customer satisfaction. Next time we will do more careful checking. Because this is the millionth time they made our meals wrong. They always will mess up grill chicken and crispy chicken. Every time we ordered grill chicken we got crispy. And some of items from their shop, they like to play hide and seek. Always missing some of them.
