Cannot say enough about the helpfulness, courtesy of the new car staff I dealt with.Thanks Adrian and Scott.This is the only dealership in the whole west of Melbourne that gave us help and honest advice - so much that we drove the 2 plus hours to Ballarat and within 2 plus hours of phone calls and a visit we bought a new vehicle - this is a feat that Ford dealers we had been involved with for two months could NOT achieve!

We recently had our car serviced at Eclipse Ford in Ballarat. With the Ford dealership in Geelong not able to service our car short of 6 weeks, we made the hour and a quarter trip to Ballarat. The service experience was excellent from booking over the phone, to the welcome we received when arriving, to the offer of a loan vehicle, to the detail in the service report and to the phone call we received a few days later to check that we were happy with the servicing. The presentation of the servicing facility and the showroom was impeccable and very impressive and we knew straight away that we had made the right decison taking our car to Ballarat. I highly recommend Eclipse Ford in Ballarat.

We wanted to buy a larger family car but were conflicted about buying from a dealership vs a private sale. One of the reasons we were wary of a dealership was our assumption that the sales person would be pushy. Then we met Andrew who seemed so genuine, put up with our dozens of questions and had a wealth of knowledge about the car we were interested in. We bought a used Mazda from Eclipse Ford. Adrian was fantastic, allowing us to test drive the car for a couple of days prior to purchasing to make sure the car suited our needs. The purchasing process was very easy, and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was in its best condition possible prior to us picking it up.

Communication was great. The detail they went to get the ute ready was amazing. the whole experience was great. The sale stuff answered all my questions. Was there for 3 hours haha. Then Mandy took over for delivery couldn't ask for a better person to look after the ute while getting all the accessories done on it.
