Heaps of hybrid colours to choose from, they provided a quote that was in my budget and the guys who did the install did a great job, they were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.I will definitely be using these guys again.Keep up the good work!

The service was great at the start. The price seemed reasonable and our deadline could be met. But things went downhill after that. They damaged newly painted skirting boards and a door. But the best parting gift was a hole in the wall behind a door. There was no accountability, no apology… just a lame suggestion that someone must have broken into the property to cause the damage. These guys are cowboys! Run don’t walk away from this business! Their quality and integrity of service is questionable. No care or respect for the property or customer. Avoid at all costs.

Regrettably engaged the services of Piddington Carpets as we wanted to support a local business, but now realise we should have conducted some research beforehand as we have also fell victim to the poor quality of work and customer service this business offers. The installers did not take any care or have any respect for our property when laying carpet in one small bedroom. We have been left with damaged skirting, that had been installed the week before, marks on freshly painted walls, and despite the damage, the carpet wasn't even laid to a satisfactory standard. We have since been advised by professionals in the industry, that this damage was avoidable and it was down to the lack of care on the installers behalf. When contacted and given the opportunity to fix the problem, they acknowledged the finished product was bad, but have taken no steps to fix this or offer an apology. Even reading the responses to previous negative reviews (which have only been addressed by the business recently, they still have no accountability for their actions and put the blame back on the customer. As a business they should be ashamed of their work and how they conduct themselves.

Was left with large gaps between boards and walls that skirting wouldn’t cover. Section of the floor was completely missed.As per other reviews, management were hostile and in complete denial when issues were raised even when photos were sent.Really not sure how these guys continue to be in business, definitely the worst I’ve had to deal with in years of renovating.Avoid at all costs

Highly recommend the team at Piddington Carpets & Flooring! Had carpet laid to bedrooms back in 2016, the whole process was seamless from product selection, turnaround time and install experience. Became a repeat customer when we went with their Easi Plank hybrids for our kitchen and living areas. The product is amazing and once again the experience was great. Cannot thank them enough for transforming our home!

Absolutely horrified with how we have been treated.Damage to the walls & doors.Freshly painted walls that they were warned twice to be careful of, paint off doors and walls as well as a hole in the wall from a doorhandle, we were not notified of damage until we discovered after they had left.No accountability what so ever, we were completely dismissed on our complaints.If we had read the previous reviews for piddington carpets we would certainly not have used this service.Not even an apology when presented with photo evidence not to mention no compensation just denial.No care factor what so ever from workers or management.Workers wearing No shirts on the job as well,Very unprofessional.
