You cant see the river anymore because of all the bridges. This looks like a massssssive, broken coat hanger. It dwarfs a number of buildings in view in the cbd. Just mind-boggling that this would be approved here. Neville Bonner should be remembered for something good, not for this eyesore. For those who aren't aware, they are calling it this because they knocked down the Neville Bonner building to make way for the casino (go figure).

Not open yet, will it ever open. It's been here for quite awhile construction started in March of 2020 it's made progress slowly but surely it doesn't like too nice it will be convenient though leading to a new shopping center I do really hope it opens this year.

It was great to see this Bridge named after Senator Neville Bonner who was not only the first indigenous person to be a member of Parliament but he was also a great man which was so much more important because he supported Indigenous people truthfully and strived to make life a better place for them.. I love it that he is remembered this way. As far as the bridge we have so many footbridges across the river it would have been cheaper to give people a free shuttle bus over the Victoria Bridge lol. Truthfully how many use the other footbridge each day.

The Neville Bonner Bridge is a footbridge being built across the Brisbane River in Brisbane, Australia. The bridge will connect the suburb of South Bank with the Brisbane central business district. It is still under construction with completion expected by the end of 2023.
