Tony was totally unresponsive after laying the concrete and when I was finally able to reach him by not telling the front desk person my name he was evasive and immediately adversarial. All I wanted to do was ask questions about care and maintenance of the slab he had poured months before. Instead of answering my questions he said if anything was wrong with the concrete it was due to the builder not curing it properly. I didn’t even suggest it was faulty! His defensiveness and refusal to engage was a sign though. All the concrete polishers who came to inspect the concrete said it had been overworked and this caused many cracks, crazing and discolouration to occur. We’ll live with it but I warn anyone else to avoid Tony like he avoided me.
