The staff was so sweet and diligent and even fixed my previously thick nails and shaped them beautifully. Despite being one of the last clients of the day, she never rushed through the process. The service was top-notch and the prices were more than reasonable. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for the best nail place and service in Keysborough!

Worst experience today. The lady who did my nails was rough with my nails and rude. My nails were done completely wrong and wonky and when I asked her to reshape she got very angry and rude. This is the second time I have seen this lady and it was also a bad experience the first time. She needs to adjust her attitude and also have more training.Response to your response.I called and did have a booking. I don't think your staff wrote it down. It also doesn't matter what time i came in. Service shouldn't be compromised because it is late in the day.You also didn't address that the staff was rough and rude. Getting your nails done should be a positive happy experience but you have created a toxic environment.Looking through all your negative reviews (which there are many) and your responses to them, one thing is clear: you argue with the customer and patronise them by defending your incompetent staff. A review if a chance to fix the problem yet you always blame the customer. So embarrassing.Good luck to you. You will need it. Worst salon I have ever been to.
