This place was clean and was the only place in the area that offered what I needed at a decent price. My only concern was how chaotic and disorganized the service was. I can empathize because I have worked in hospo during peak times, but still. Someone would help me and then walk away and help someone else in the middle of helping me and then not tell me things I needed to know until I approached them again.The poor staff didn't seem to know what to do because there wasn't a clear system in place and communication was poor between them and management. Everyone was nice and I feel for them but just let people line up and help 1-2 people at a time.

Kim (the pharmacist and probably also the owner) is very kind and knowledgeable. Honestly, she's more knowledgeable than GPs.She's very helpful and always happy to provide advice. Prices are a little bit on the higher end, however, it is quite likely that their rent and operational cost are high. Plus, they're a small business so cannot compare them to big name retail pharmacy.I 100% will always go here because of pharmacist Kim!

Friendly staff and a convenient location if you're on campus, however I was shocked by the price of my prescription medication.I normally pay $9 but don't mind paying a dollar or two more for convenience. When I went to pay it was $19.54! That's even costlier than the late night chemist on Northbourne who charged me $18. I won't be going here again, I can't afford it.

Kim is a very warm and welcoming pharmacist and her prices are remarkably competitive. Highly recommended!

I have been using the University Pharmacy for 20 years. I rate it the best Pharmacy in Canberra. Kim is not only a top Pharmacists but goes out of her way to be helpful.

Had an electronic prescription and this pharmacy scanned it and told me it doesn't work and I should go somewhere else. Went to another pharmacy and they figured out the problem and sorted it for me.

The owner took an extra mile to make sure that I got a correct prescription from doctor. Great and fast service!

Bad pharmacy, cheating foreign students. I’m new here and I got a prescription with several repeats recently. The pharmacist told me that I should buy the repeats together (much higher than $40) in their shop and made claim to OSHC to earn some payoff. But OSHC doesn’t cover co-payments. The pharmacy charged me $18 each but chemist warehouse’s price is $5. I’ve paid a lot much, feeling so sad.
