Was greeted at the door and then ushered to a table, and was served very quickly. The Button Mushroom oven bake was delicious.

Customer service was amazing, very friendly staff. Our drinks were made perfectly but the food was disappointing, the bolognese was over cooked and bland, the ravioli tasted store bought and the pizza was hard, burnt and oily. The only good dish we received was the mozzarella sticks but even then felt store bought.

Service was done with a smile. We were taken to our seat within 2mins of entering the restaurant. We ordered 4 mains from their lunch menu. All the meals came out in quick succession. They we're all hot and tasty. The staff we're very friendly and inviting. Would definitely recommend.

Sat at 6:30. Had ordered by 6:45. Waited over an hr for the food and 1 drink. And got our mains before the entree and then when asked realised they had forgotten about it and was eventually brought our by the time we finished mains and were ready to go. Overall food was good. But to wait that long for food was not the best. Last bit of food came out around 8:20 and we left right after. And then after waiting so long got hit with a $25 service fee. Think it would of been nice to waive that fee because of the wait and mix up. I recommend if you don't mind the wait. Wish it was voiced to us how long we'd be expecting to wait when we ordered.

Good food good vibes only downside is having to look at the menu then go to counter and order/pay tool almost 25 minutes to get back to the counter to order due to a line. Think it could be better managed in regards to this like another pay station or two or have a QR code system witch will allow to order and pay via your phone.And we didn’t group it was just myself and partner and daughter. It just takes for ever and I mean forever to order then pay. Read my review correctly before replying

On arrival to our booking, we were advised that there was a 40 minute wait for food as there was a high volume of takeaways. Our drink and entree orders were taken fairly quickly, but there was a fair wait for food. We were very grateful that our 3 year old's nuggets were brought out even before our entrees as he was very hungry. Cheesy garlic pizza was very garlicky and nice, and we ordered the chorizo and cheese dip that came with pane de casa. So cheesy and tasty. Mains were a meat pizza with generous topping, and a chicken fettuccine with creamy mushroom sauce which was also very tasty. Well worth the wait. We were offered several rounds of drinks while we waited which was nice, and we had choc mud cake and a Mars cheesecake for dessert. Very full, but grateful to have leftovers for our Sunday brekky. I think the staff were a little overwhelmed with how many people there were, but they handled it well, and were still smiling. Thanks also for cleaning the high chair.

We have made several large lunch orders from Paparotti's for our 'fun food Friday' at work. I picked up todays order and as always, I am impressed! The staff / owners are lovely, and went to the trouble of getting me a trolley (which they lined with foil to keep it clean) to help me carry our big order to the car. We love the lunch specials. I had the Arancini Bolognese today, delicious food! We will be back :-)

I have only ever ordered take away from here but it is hands down the best shnitzels I have had in Tuggerah. The schnitzel comes with a garden salad and chips making it great value also. I have added mushroom sauce and pepper sauce in the past and both are delicious. They seem to have a reputation for good pizza and often many delivery drivers picking up any time I am there. Great service lead by a terrific couple.

I’m giving this place 5 stars for their excellent customer service. I was disappointed when I got back to the place I that I was staying at to find that half our order was wrong. When I called, the man was extremely apologetic and willing to fix the situation. He handled the complaint calmly and pleasantly, and we reached a resolution. The half of the order that I had was delicious and my family and I are looking forward to going back next time for dine-in.
