Stood at front counter for 8 mins waiting to be served had employees there making up other peoples orders but not taking more orders. Was on lunch break and missed lunch as wasted time coming here. Terrible workers noone wants to work. Needs a major shake up

Between 9:00 to 9:06 tonight we went to come back to kfc to get our orders that they forgot to give us, on top of that before he turn off the microphone my husband and I heard one of the stuffs saying what a C*NT. Disgusting how they treat a costumer instead of apologetic. Dirty disgusting place. Not deserve even 1 star. Poor service

Food here is always cold and soggy. The chips are never fresh and the lettuce is always soggy. Definitely prefer the other KFC places to here

A young girl who obviously didn't care about her job..... I complained about the food being cold .. burger and chips she just tried to argue with me saying it was warm and it was fresh as it was not I asked to get the manager which she was super nice I asked for a refund as I was like I never eat take away the one time I go to get it it was awful also was the wrong burger they gave me a zinger instead of an original I just don't understand what the hell happened to customer service people should take pride in their job no matter what and appreciate it! And if your going to be in the food and customer service industry learn how to talk to people ... I was not rude at all I just said sorry but this burger and chips is both cold and the burger is a zinger not a fillet can I please get this changed... As she tried to argue with me I requested with the lovely manager a refund.

If it is not others littering the already terribly littered area, it is KFCs employees who will do it. Please, clean up your environment (and I mean the whole area). KFC has a duty of care towards the environment, the employees and the customers. I won't be coming back.

I was served by a fine young gentleman, who was very well mannered and enthusiastic. Made my order faster than expected. Well done champ!
