Arie is a great person to have as a landlord, he is very punctual with anything needed around the house and is friendly to have a chat with. Arie made it easy for my partner and I to live in the house when finding a room for a couple was hard. We recommend HMO Unity for any future tenants looking around.

I needed help leasing out the property and decided to give HMO unity a go - best decision! They displayed the utmost professionalism in their presence and their communication. I felt listened to, all my questions and concerns were addressed and it took the stress and headache out of the whole leasing-renting situation, at the beginning and throughout the lease. I lived at Arie's rental for over a year. I recollect moving to Adelaide not knowing much about the city, and his well maintained home, understanding nature and professionalism helped me settle in really well. Would definitely recommend HMO Unity for future stays.
