I had an unfortunate experience with a subsidiary of CTI. The manager of the regional freight service called me to investigate my experience, it was much appreciated. Unfortunately manager failed to follow up on promise to call back with a resolution.

Low wages, terrible management. Moral is non-existent. Lots or micro management and bullying from upper management. Office staff are expected to work long hours with no pay-time in lieu is never honoured. Floor staff are often put in dangerous situations and can be forced to work in terrible conditons for the right" result. Staff turn over is huge. Here you are a number and not a person. Avoid at all costs."
