Couldn't get better service or professional advice. I have not used a Buyer's Agent before but I am glad that I did. Peter Jinks was responsive, knowledgeable and quickly understood our needs. What was good was not limiting his thoughts to strictly the acquisition but also thoughts on the street and area, value and amenities. He response time was super. We concluded an off market purchase after about 3 months.
