WOW, WOW, WOW. TONY and the team have been a Godsend truly. They found the right fit for the right price for me and I have just woken up after my first sleep pain free which hasn't happened in years!!!!!!!I can't thank the team enough I will be back for a spare bed mattress and a frame soon. Will never go anywhere else now.

Disappointed delivery driver's left muddy footprints all over loungeroom carpet.Called management un helpful made excuses for his driver's told me it would just vacuum off..Sorry his apology not accepted.

While customer service was exemplary, the delivery service left much to be desired. The delivery men did not wipe their boots or wear shoe covers. Left a trail of dirt on our carpet. When we called to complain, we were told it was just dust and would vacuum put. Instead, we spent the evening scrubbing the carpet with a cleaner. Manager gave a myriad of excuses. Considering the current pandemic, I would assume hygiene would be of much higher importance to the company - their manufacturing warehouse recently had a confirmed case of COVID-19, causing a delay in shipment. The house smelled strongly of cigarettes after they left, too.
