I have been a tenant for 5 years with Rodney Morley R/E and I could not speak more highly of the customer service and professionalism that I have received for the first 4 years when Maureen & Farrah were handling rentals. I have sadly had cause to change my mind due to extremely poor and rude service received as there has been a change in the rental office staff over the past 12-18months. I would no longer recommend renting through these people.

Dimi and her team are vile, resorting to scare tactics and deceit to get rent out rundown, mould ridden properties. I regret ever picking up the phone to call. I sincerely hope somebody sees this review and finds other real estate agents for their needs.

Agent that shone above the rest! We used rate my agent to secure Rochelle for the sale of our property. She outshone the competition and blew us away with her thoroughness, drive, professionalism & responsiveness. In my opinion there are agents then there’s Rochelle! Would highly recommend her to sell your property.

Dimi is unfortunately the most unprofessional property manager I’ve ever had, in nearly 20 years of renting. She ignored a request for urgent repairs, then called me 6wks later and threatened eviction over it. I took it to VCAT for urgent repairs, an order was put in, which she failed to comply with, despite being given a month. I reopened it. 2 weeks later, she gave a key to a tradesman without notifying me, by any means, telling him the property was vacant, so one morning a man unlocked my door and walked right in on me, which was so frightening. I bought a security camera the next day; I don’t trust her at all.She’s used threats, intimidation, deception, insults, and is extremely retaliatory, for no valid reason. I’m a good tenant, who’s never had any issues in renting before, so this has been extremely upsetting. After multiple threats, she eventually sent a 60 day Notice to Vacate for renovations, which was invalid.I did follow this up with management a few weeks ago, just in case they weren’t aware, and received no response, which is disappointing. I sincerely hope they don’t condone this behaviour. I’ve been here over 2 yrs with no issues until Dimi joined their team.

Unacceptable service by these agents - rejected my offer to buy a property saying they were going to auction then sells it to someone else before auction! Also threatened if I don’t pay a rental bond immediately they would give it to someone else. DO NOT buy or rent from these agents! Their licence should be reviewed.

I wanted to share my experience with a real estate agent named Dimi, and I must say, it was not a good one. We recently leased a property from Dimi that was mouldy, and when we asked for a refund, she refused to give it to us. We had to take her to VCAT, and thankfully, we won the case.Throughout this ordeal, Dimi's handling of the situation was extremely poor. She was unresponsive to our emails, and when we tried to talk to her in person, she slammed the door in our faces. Overall, her conduct was extremely unprofessional.If you're considering renting a property through Dimi, I would advise you to think twice. My experience with her left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would hate for anyone else to go through the same thing.

Couldn't have asked for a better agent than Rachel Moshel during our tenancy. Very personable & made communication simple & efficient between landlord and tenants (us).Rachel was always on top of the ball with any issues/maintenance & kept us informed at all times.Highly recommend using Rachel's services, along with Rodney Morley.Thanks again
