It is rare to see a developer company such as Romeciti who focuses on building a Green lifestyle within a local community throughout consistent actions. There are small imperfections in certain areas, however overall it is a company which thrives to provide a long sustaining Green Residence Vision for their customers. In all honestly, I love the idea of a Community Garden - Natura Building (Macquarie Park) from the Developer, where the residents can grow their own plans and chill after a long day. Further, walking inside the Natura building would normally take at least an hour to explore all the amazing functionalities behind the beautiful achitecture, such as a steamed swiming pool, adults' library and kids' playroom in the common area. Strata fees are comparatively cheaper due to the quality of the building in the area. Thank you for bringing such an impact and thoughtful Green mission to the Residents who live in Natura Building!
