I had a good experience with the Just Glass team when they serviced my glass shower screen. The original hinges had failed, leaking grease. Just Glass team replced the hinges and the bottom door seal and the screen now looks like new. Team cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient and respectful. My friend visited with her beagle, who set about inspecting with her nose as beagles do. ‘Twas the night of the full moon, and suddenly the werebeagle attempted escape via the cat door to unleash sniffing terror upon the garden. But tubby werebeagle + small cat door = oh dear. A mere window pane is no match for a struggling portly werebeagle intent on sniffing the entire planet, who’s stuck in an exit designed for a much smaller dude. Luckily the pane suffered but a single crack.After a disappointing phone conversation with one unhelpful glazier, I found Just Glass in the Little Aussie Communities booklet. Nichole was friendly, patient and helpful right through the process. Glen measured the job with obvious professionalism, and Justin expertly fitted the new window pane and a cat door so much better than my old one. He also said my magpies are cool, and he’s right.I’m a happy customer, and recommend Just Glass without qualification.

Amazing, prompt service today from Just Glass. We have a toddler running around so needed a window replaced ASAP. Glen was able to be at our house within 1 hr of the window getting broken. Glen was also very polite and professional. He did a fantastic job!
