Hi Fi Boutique in Australia provides excellent clothing and service. We have purchased several items from them and have consistently received exceptional service.

Absolutely unprofessional. Can’t believe how they run their business with that unprofessional attitude and behaviour. Don’t waste your time and energy with them.I happened to order the suit for Karwa chauth last year with Meenu and she asked me to wait for 2weeks for it to be available. After 6 weeks, she started ignoring the messages. I texted her saying that I will go through consumer affairs as I haven’t heard back from her or anyone else. Then she replied that the suit got lost and she will refund the money. They should be banned to conduct their business. Highly unethical and unprofessional.

Rudest and egoist women owner..Stay away from her and her business if you have self respect and value for your money.

The only thing I can say is Absolute Pathetic customer service. Very rude, has no idea how to deal with customers especially being in business when u deal with customers everyday. Never came across someone like this. I have no option but to select star for this review to be shown.

This lady is most rudest you will come across. She has no respect for you or ur family while dealing with you. Guys please dont buy stuff from her as that gives her confidence to continue the behaviour she has!After spending good 30-40 minutes standing and waiting for her to attend, she completely ignored us when a non-indian lady with her daughter came to replace their dress.And after saying we have been waiting already , she says go and come back with an appointment (which she never mentioned while we were waiting for last 45 minutes). She goes into her own zone while talking to you and looks like she is not mentally stable or something..I had to go someplace else and get bit poor quality clothes as i never wished to see her again..Lady, pls learn some manners.. behaviour and manners and integrity is as important as quality of the clothes u r selling..
