I'm incredibly impressed with the kindness of the operators here. My partner has on numerous occasions used their printer and has never had a complaint and has been charged reasonable rates. I recently needed to collect a package and had my puppy with me who was struggling with being left outside. The operator was very gracious in assisting me with collection despite me having a very clingy puppy in tow.

I paid my friend $10 to pick up a $10 item, I bought from eBay, that was carded to these thieves, as I'm bed bound. They refused to hand over my item, even though he had the card.They stated they weren't a post office so they can make their own rules.Couriers please also tried to re-collect the item for re-delivery but seem to have reached a road block. My guess, they're refusing to hand over the item to them.Yet these thieves got so offended when my frustrations got the better of me, over the phone.Anyway, I wound up sending my friend over to office works to avoid more aggravation and money loss chasing this item.The item would have been safer if couriers please would have left it outside my front door as my neighbors would have made sure I would have received it. As it stands, eBay had to refund me, but I hope these thieves are shut down, they make society so dysfunctional and ruin peoples day.

Scammer, I've got mail that my parcel is there but when I've got there they said nothing here and got angry. Now I lost my items that I paid.

Always such friendly staff. I'm a frequent visitor for packages.

Called multiple times to check parcel and did not answer the phone. Pretty pores service during lockdown.
