Paddington Franck Provost

I love this saloon and especially my hairdresser, Maya. She is extremely professional and really cares about how I want my colour, hair cut, keratine… always trying to satisfy my specific hair needs. I’m a loyal customer of hers. She has been looking after my hair for more than 5 years. I highly recommend her.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the CBD store and getting the Seamless1 extensions. The entire experience was exceptional. The staff gave me a warm welcome and offered me a choice of tea, coffee, or wine. They put a cape on me straight away and even curled my hair for free, which looked fantastic. I left the salon with a big smile on my face!However, when I visited the Double Bay store on Sunday, I had a completely different experience. They asked me to sit in a chair that was covered in hair, and they didn't offer me any refreshments. One of the staff had to remind the stylist to put the cape on me, and they rushed through the blow dry since the shop was closing in 10 minutes. I was hoping that the stylist would at least put some oil or other product on the extensions since they were a bit dry.As a franchise, I would recommend that the Franck Provost team strive to provide a consistent experience across all stores. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the Double Bay store and would not return there myself.

Best service and all the hairdressers are so polite and well spoken! My hair always leaves feeling amazing. Would definitely recommend them!

Mikayla is a wonderful hairdresser. I never leave google reviews but wanted to leave one for her because she was so good! She took the time to understand what I wanted and went above and beyond to deliver. I love my new cut! Thanks Mikayla :)

I recently visited Franck Provost Paddington for a men's haircut, and was looked after by Freddy. I am usually skeptical about changing from my regular salon, given the risk of someone new cutting your hair. However, this visit was really worth it. Freddy provided an amazing hair experience. He was extremely professional, friendly, great discussion around what style would work for me, and above all exceptionally talented. Definitely the best salon experience (and haircut) I have ever had. I have also recommended Freddy to friends, who have all been similarly impressed and now see Freddy for their haircuts.

I have been going to this salon for almost 8 years now. I also recommend this to all my friends and my sister. Especially when it comes to color it looks so natural in you. I love going to Franck Provost Salon in Paddington; I always feel welcomed and at ease there, like going to a friend's place.My hairdresser is Maya; she is just the most loveable and bubbly person you'll meet.She always listens to my hair concerns and comes up with different solutions I can choose from. During my latest appointment, I wished to return to my natural colour, and Maya quickly suggested a way to do this without damaging my hair.I love the result; I've never gotten that many compliments.So if you want a fantastic cut and colour with an extra dose of French chic, I definitely recommend FP Paddington.
