Kingston Park Raceway

I had a great experience during the race, however I was disappointed by the counter staff’s lack of training in dealing with customers who had not registered their details prior to the race. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes for one individual to register before I could be served. This experience was inconvenient and could have been avoided with more efficient customer service.

Took the son and his mate and they loved it. Real easy going environment. Kind of sucks that it’s changed but it’s something for our younger ones too look forward too. Ladies at the cafe were lovely and guys on the track were great. Thanks and we’ll be back!

Went with a couple of friends and really enjoyed our time. The track is massive and alot of fun. The karts were in pretty good condition as well. Didn't notice much of a difference between karts.

Took my son and his 6 mates here for his 11th birthday , what an awesome experience they had a blast, by the 3rd lap the confidence was through the roof , will definitely be hard to top this for a bday pressie in the years to come.Great facilities, lovely service even had my 4 year old leave his mini iPad there by accident and they had it handed into them by a lovely person and returned to us.My advice is to pack a lunch or some nibbles and sit back and enjoy the day

Celebrated my daughters 10th birthday here and she loved it! Food available, decent parking spaces available, and bathroom facilities ok. Customer service was awesome. Friendly people and very welcoming.

Took a mate here today for a bit of fun. This place didn't disappoint. Being 1st timers we had to register.We opted for the two ten minute session. After that we were shown a safety video/presentation. Safety is their no: 1 priority. With balaclava, gloves and helmet on, off we went. Had a fantastic time and strongly recommend going there.

Great place, coffee machine went into deep cleaning" at 830pm in the middle of winter.... Was bloody cold!10mins is too short

Lots of fun and competition for adults and teenagers alike. We were there for a work Christmas party and they even had some vegan patties to go with a salad for me and my partner (he doesn't eat red meat or pork so sausages and steak were out) which were so good.

Great day on the track with friends! Unlike other go karting places, the track is more complex which makes racing more enjoyable. The karts go quick enough and the atmosphere is great.Only criticism is the “hidden charges” that you must be careful off on top of the race fee. Otherwise we will be definitely returning!

Went for a friend's birthday, racing was pretty good apart from inconsistent karts.However, the refund policy is absolutely GARBAGE, two of the members were unable to race on the day due to being under 16 and we'd accidentally bought an extra ticket.Management refused to give credit, vouchers, or refunds of any kind, not even transferring the 3 tickets to be used on the next (half full) session with adults. No option to transfer them to the cheaper younger racetrack, management was also quite rude to my friend about this, even though he was the one losing $360.They care more about the money than customer experience, even belongings lockers cost money to use.I don't care if it's 'the policy' for these things to happen, the policy is terribly done and should be a cancellation fee or deposit system.
