Always great service at this store. They seem to know their products and were very mindful of our current restrictions but it didn't impact the service. Much better experience than buying online

All I can say is that they have horrible after sales service and very average in store service. I would recommend any other golf store or pro shop before shopping here.

The gentlemen at Carnegie are all A-grade!Great guys to get along with professionally and personally. Great deal of knowledge and skill with what they are doing as fitters and facilitators. Always willing and ready to discuss ideas with you and make available the opportunity to test and try equipment.They never make you feel bad or give you any less of a service if you don't end up buying something. Instead they make sure you always walk out having recieved top level customer service. Which is the core foundation in retail for what brings in new customers and keeps existing customers coming back; myself especially!Well done gentlemen at Carnegie, keep it up!
