Recently called in while on holidays from Queensland, needing a very specialised item not often found in most pharmacies. The pharmacist, Ian, could not have been more friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional. He sourced the item overnight and provided invaluable advice in plain language, all with an empathetic, generous manner. A credit to the town, to his profession and to himself. Thank you Ian.
