posted a poor review only to have owner contact me and accuse me of lying.asked for a quote only to be told a quote costs $88 and they are not interested in small jobs.definitely will purchase the equipment i need elsewhere.

I made an overseas order from Dubai for 6 LED lights and when delivered, I found one was mistakenly wrong color. I informed them and they kindly sent me a new one without extra charges and also asked me to keep the wrong LED for free! I love you guys, you rock!

Went they as a plumber and probably some one who would have been a regular customer if it wasn’t for the big fella with a bread tryed to do payment over the phone as I do pretty much everywhere else and was to much trouble and had the the attitude everything was too hard and felt like didn’t want to help me at all if I could do negative stars I would

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced ever. This shop used to be good but now unbelievably bad. There is plenty of staff but all of them are to busy talking, doing other things or on their phones to he bothered to serve customers. Try walking in, picking something off the shelf, putting it on the counter to pay and see how long you are ignored for. Good luck trying to get served without getting annoyed. This has happened to many times to continue shopping there any more.

This star is for Alex. Alex has always given gold star service. I have been here a few times over the years and found that he tries to help you solve yr pool issues, where the others behind the counter have an ‘if it’s not on the shelf it’s your problem’ attitude. This is the reason i only come to this store if I have to. Otherwise I would rather pay more money elsewhere. My husband says he doesn’t have the same problems.

If I could give zero stars I would... After being a customer of 20 years my mother in law came in to get an o-ring for her pool pump after having given the pump in to be serviced and receiving it back still damaged. She offered to pay for another o-ring even though she shouldn't have had to. She was told multiple times on the phone that it was at the shop waiting for her and it was fine to pick it up, however when she got there the service she received from the young salesman at the counter was unnacceptable. For no reason at all he refused to give the part to her and proceeded to publicly humiliate and intimidate her saying I'm not giving it to you" and even refusing after another staff member encouraged him to give it to her. She did finally get it in the end after the manager made him hand it over but is obviously still shaken from this experience. Just super disappointing that someone could treat a middle aged woman with such disdain for no apparent reason at all. This kind of behaviour is ridiculous and upsetting and she won't be going back there again."

I highly recommend this shop. I have been going to Warner's Bay Pool shop for more than 20 years, and will continue to do so.. I didn't think to write a review till now. The service is always friendly, honest and reliable. I have had repairs done here that have saved me considerable money. Not certain if other shops would have offered repair instead of replacement. Keep up the good work.
