BM Autowerks is one of the very few companies left that care, I lost faith in the brand & I have to say John & the team have put a massive smile on my face. Right down to the attention to detail on the car & customer service John & the team know how to impress. Picking up the car I immediately felt a difference after a major service, the handling after the balance was incredible too. Always had excellent, professional service experience from John & his staff.John takes time to explain the technical aspects and provides solutions for all issues, regardless of the complexity.I felt comfortable taking my vehicle there, as John had worked for a BMW dealer himself & knew what he was taking about!. I have been to another independent BMW service agent when I had my first BMW many years ago and that experience was costly and rather ordinary. It is great to see the business has grown and I recommend anyone who is looking at getting a second opinion to visit BM Autowerks.

Extremely happy with my 1st service of my Mini. I took her in for a check over after purchase and they picked up a problem that needed to be fixed i wouldnt have known about.I could tell stright away when i drove her that she ran smoother and there was a difference for the good in what they had done.Above and beyond for service and explaining in laymens terms details, no pressure either.
