Amazing staff, great atmosphere.Work outs that u can change to suit you if need -injury -new to working out- just had a baby,Staff are there to help you and correct ur form.Abosultely love it, I'm not a morning person let alone get up when it's super cold and raining , I also have a child who does not sleep... So no sleep and its cold yet I am so motivated to get up and go! No gym has ever done that for me.I look forward to what's in store each day. Can not recommend them enough

Spoiler alert, I work here. However, I would still pay (and did in the past) for this revolutionary system. I have never:-FELT BETTER-LOOKED BETTER- HAD MORE FUN WORKING OUTBefore I joined F45 Hallett cove.It’s central, great parking, next to foodland and inside the old reynella shopping centre.It has an incredible atmosphere and such a friendly group of awesome members.If you haven’t tried F45 Hallett Cove, I would recommend the free trial, you have nothing to loose.... but fat.Go Hoods! #wethesouthDee

Each exercise is gone through prior to starting class, instructors are super friendly and will assist in any adjustments of posture or if you have an injury... people from all levels of fitness so no need to feel self conscious

Just walking out of an incredible F45 HIIT session at Old Reynella. Hollywood! 1 hour of sweat, fun and great musicThis club has gone from strength to strength since re opening after the national lock down on fitness.I have never enjoyed fitness until I joined F45 Hallett Cove now I'm utterly obsessed.I think anyone looking to become better, fitter or happier should check f45 hallett cove out...

Never thought I would do group training... love it!At my 24/7 gym Im on my phone more that my work out....At F45 Hallett Cove, 45 minutes ... 3 x per week and I'm fitter than ever.
