Sydney Fuel Assist - Expert wrong fuel removal & engine recovery

Super happy with Sydney Fuel Assist’s service today! They were super fast and extremely friendly. Would 100% recommend if you need someone to help when/if you put the wrong fuel in your car.

My wife mistakenly put unleaded in her Diesel car and had to pullover and was stuck in a side street at San Souci. She called Sydney fuel assist and they gave her a time they would arrive and kept her updated on their anticipated arrival time. When the serviceman arrived he was polite and incredibly helpful. He carefully drained the tank, refilled with Diesel and went through a detailed procedure (explaining along the way) to get the car started and moving again. Wonderful serviceman and fantastic experience. Would absolutely recommend.

Mark service was friendly and professional and helped me out drastically. His positive attitude kept me calm as it was a company car in which i had applied the wrong fuel to.Overall a great service and highly recommend his services.

Everybody says, it was my first time, and this was my first time. After very busy and exhausting day at work I just wasn’t focused enough and at the servo at Yagoona, I put 98 petrol in diesel vehicle. Didn’t realise till car started loosing power, a few hundred meters down the road. Road assistance were busy and didn’t come even after 2 hrs being stranded on the busy Sydney highway. Tried to get a tow truck just to be told that waiting time could be anything between 3 hrs. and , in some cases, tomorrow morning.Finally I got the number if Sydney Fuel Assist and they were there within 40 min. They fixed the problem, got me back on the road and for the fraction of the cost what would cost me if I got it towed to a dealership.Very professional and friendly staff.Highly recommend.

I put petrol into my diesel car by mistake and called Sydney fuel assist to be at my house the next day at 10AM. He was there at 9:55AM and was done in about 30 minutes! Great to have a chat to and really friendly. He is professional and did a great job at getting my car back on the road. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this business, the mechanic arrived early and was excellent at keeping me calm and letting me know what was going on. I rang Mark from Sydney Fuel Assist at 8pm on Wednesday night after realising we filled our new Hyundai Santa Fe with Petrol instead of Diesel. He said not to panic and he will come to our house the next day at 10:30am. Mark was right on time and flushed out the car, refuelled it, and it started first go. Mark totally eased our minds, and charged us exactly what he quoted us, and the car is running perfectly. We couldn't be more grateful to Mark at Sydney Fuel Assist and he was on time, polite, honest, and really cared that he got the car running straight away! Thanks Mark - you're a total legend!!!

Sydney fuel assist came out to us after Petrol was put in our Diesel car. We were kept updated with the time of arrival. Extremely professional and reassuring company. Tank was drained, new fuel put in and car was good to go in around an hour! Thank you so much

I put unleaded petrol in diesel car on a Sunday afternoon. Sent an SMS to Sydney Fuel Assist as I didn't want to bother them on a Sunday. They called back within 5minutes. They were at my front door in Wollongong exactly when I needed them the next morning. They provided clear, concise and professional work. Back up and running within the hour. They were brilliant.
