This Bunnings is really large with masses of parking under the building so you’re out of the sun, nice!The staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, sending me to the correct aisle for doggy things and then for a bungy cord. This saved me time as I like to be in and out as fast as possible.Going during the day midweek is best if possible as there is never a que at the till.

I went in to order a kitchen. And Mikayla, the kitchen expert was incredible!Made my job really easy.All I had to do was provide some measurements and I feel like Mikayla did the rest!Could not recommend Virginia bunnings enough!

Yesterday Tuesday 27/6/23 around 12.30pm I asked a mature female staff member with various dyed pink & blue coloured hair where signs would be, she said isle 4" whilst she was saying that she is "going in a lunch break"

A massive Bunnings location with all the amenities you could ask from a Bunnings!( Coffee shop, trade centre, heaps of parking, public bathrooms) Staff were very helpful in helping me decide on a new mower even steering me away from a more expensive lawnmower that didn't suit my needs. Even has a very clean bathroom handy for the tradie on the go between sites.

Today I visited a different Bunnings from my regular. I had a list of 6 different items. I was completely lost. I needed advice and directions . What a wonderful surprise! The STAFF where brilliant. Thank you so much it was appreciated.

Went to pick up a new storage system last Saturday and was so impressed with the help I got from Nathan. He loaded my trolley and even helped load it into my trailer. Great service. Bunnings need more staff like him.

Burnings Virginia outfit looks pretty new.The lights are bright and the ceilings are high. If you buy something and have a receipt, it makes it easy to exchange or refund. If you have a Burnings Power Pass Card, there is also a 5% discount.

The staff here are absolutely useless, approached 4 different staff for help on an item and none were helpful - sent to different locations in the store to find an item. When I finally approached the last staff and asked if they could possibly check store room for stock I got a flat out “NO we’re out of stock” .Why advertise you have it in stock in the first place? Stafford staff are way more approachable and are willing to got go the extra mile.
