Well everyone:BP AUSTRALIA > My advise > Don't deal with them as they are a horrible corporate company to deal with! READ ON:Well I must say that BP Australia are the absolute worst people to deal with!I strongly recomend that anyone wanting to have an account with BP NEED TO LOOK ELSEWHERE as BP Australia do not have a human element at all.I had opened a fuel account with BP, I had set up the account to be automaticly paid via credit card, & within the first months term of the account, my credit card was compremised by someone? & the bank did freeze the card / account > a frud case was opened & sorted out by the bank; A new credit card was issued by the bank. (WESTPAC BANK) By the way, they were good by the way; unlike BP Australia!The credit people @ BP did contact me imediately once my auto payment did not go thru, which is fair enough, but what happened after that was a joke!I was told that I am now a credit risk, I had deliberately with held the credit card payment due to the fact that I am a credit risk & the bank had cancelled my card due to credit risks, I explained to them that this was not the case & how my credit card was under a fraud case by the bank, the new account that I had opened was now temporarly closed & a dishonner fee added to the account balance by BP AUISTRALIA'S account management team. BP Australia account management team did not believe what I had explained to them. I was told by them that I had to get a letter from my bank manager" to state that there was a fraud case open in relation to my credit card. They were adiment that I had to supply them with proof that this was the case & what I had told them could not be taken into account.I recieved a new credit card from the bank & tried to arrange payment of the arrears with my new card
