My daughter took my iPhone 7 plus and my granddaughter's ipad mini for screen replacement at Mobocom. This is the only place we trust and recommend to all friends. They are reliable, efficient and reasonable price with exceptional services.

I had my Samsung screen replaced and screen protector added onto my phone approximately 4 weeks ago. It stopped working 2 days later while we were on holiday. I have taken it back this morning as it is under a 3 month warranty. Technician got it working straightaway and was told it was a loose connection. It stopped working after 2 calls. I took it straight back and was told it had a broken screen under the screen protector so I would be charged for a whole new screen as the technician said I must have done this so no warranty. The phone was not dropped or mishandled (in the 1 hour timeframe between visits). I am extremely disappointed with this service as we have supported this business with all of our phone repairs since it opened. I have been offered a cheap screen replacement, however this is not ethical under the circumstances. I request that the warranty be honoured.
