Highly recommend Knoff Yoga. The essence of Yoga is there in every single class, I have had a tonne of benefit out of going through the Knoff Yoga system and learned a lot about myself both on the mat and off the mat.

Extremely knowledgeable instructors, who are also very skilled teachers, and humorous too! Wonderful ambience. Can choose from a number of levels to suit you. I have been to a number of yoga lessons in both India and Australia and can say that The Yoga School has been the best so far!

Best Yoga school I have come across. All instructors are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They take into consideration your physical limitations and modify Asanas accordingly. They cover various aspects of Yoga, not just Asanas but also Pranayama, Meditation and Philosophy.I have benefited from being part of this authentic Yoga school and would highly recommend it.
