Defence Pest and Building Inspections

Defence Pest and Building Inspections conducted a building and pest report on my home purchase this morning. Marco and Geoff were brilliant as were the administration staff I have dealt with.The first contact was with admin who were very helpful, professional and personable. Next Marco and Geoff arrived promptly and got to work straight away. They were very thorough and I worked out quickly that they took pride in their work and look after their customers very well.Like the admin staff the inspectors were also personable and professional. Things were explained thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble (and I ask a lot of questions!)The report was completed the same day and their seems to be a seamless integration between the inspectors and the admin staff - indication of a well run business. I am very happy with these guys and confident to recommend them to anyone.In fact when I accidentally left some of my documents behind, Marco went above and beyond to return them.Bottom line for me though is they do not seem to be afraid to point out every possible problem with the home and I appreciate that disclosure and honesty very much!Kellie

I had Defence come and do a pest and building inspection at our new purchased house. The guys that rocked up was very professional and friendly. There one dedicated person for pest & termites and another for building, they went through the house in every detail and did not miss a thing. At the end they gave me a walk through of the house and advised on issues and also things I could do to prevent any future issues. Full report was in my inbox within hours of inspection.I would recommend Defence, very professional and service is top notch.

I am extremely happy with the service I have received for both a building and pest inspection as well as pest management. The building and pest inspection was very thorough and professional.
