Have tried several times to make a telephonic enquiry (In November 2022, and again in May 2023). Staff just pick up the phone and then puts it down again. Why even have a phone number if you aren't going to pick it up.

Meh. Been here a few times for work and hobby needs. Not really recommended unless your a large scale manufacturer. or if you can't get anywhere else. Prices are quite high, service is average and they will make you wait in the sun for 30-40 min just to get one length of tubing with no cuts.They do have large range of stock, so maybe worth checking website or calling if you really need something that day and don't mind wasting an hour or two getting stuffed around.Reply to Ulrich. I actually left this review right after calling your number and being sent to Shape Aluminium in Currumbin. Was good advice, they where super helpful with my hobby needs and very reasonably priced. I'll go there first in future.

From the moment I walked into the office/showroom I was ignored.Don't you want my money ?I wanted something they didn't have so I was happy to order & pay but was told to contact another ullrich store to order & pay !You think they would all be linked & happy to do so.Lost my business

Great friendly staff always happy to help, doesn't matter how big or small the order.

Worst customer service!! Went to the “show room” had nothing on show and the rude staff didn’t even want to help. All four of them ignored us then didn’t even get out of there seats to help! They told me they don’t even have aluminium louvers. Not very useful for a aluminium company!Will never go back

Wouldn't buy from them again. Have been buying from them for a few years now and after today how rude the people were. We will be taking our business somewhere else

Bill was most helpful.Office staff tried to charge more than bill quoted.Young fellow in warehouse spent more time complaining about cutting than the time it would take to cut it.Wouldn’t return to this outlet
