Liverpool City Council

The council office is good and the reception staff are welcoming. They need to concentrate on the development happening in the liverpool area and support developers with timely approvals. This council can evolve as one of the major councils in Sydney.

City area is full of junkies. Just go around Westfield, Hospital area and you will see them crawling everywhere. To make the things worst, infrastructure is poor, old apartments and probably its easier to find parking space in Sydney CBD than here.

Lana from Liverpool Council is rude and unhelpful. When I called the council for assistance, she refused to transfer me to a relevant department and refused to help me with my inquiries. I would like to lodge a complaint about her but she also refuse to transfer me to lodge a complaint. Such a rude, arrogant woman with no respect for others

This is a delayed review but I believe necessary. This council is pathetic..On behalf of my late mother who worked for Liverpool council, whilst she was battling terminal cancer there was nothing but harrassment for proof she was terminally ill as she was having time off work, and to be made to feel like a liar. The constant need to ask for up to date medical certificates and the insinuating that my mother's medical condition was a lie. Asking her to consider resigning from her position while she is sitting in hospital getting grated for cancer..... Medical certificates were provided but it became clear that it was actually bullying that was happening and that they simply wanted her to quit from her role. When someone is face with a terminal illness and going through extreme treatments the last thing or thinking of is when you can return to work (obviously my mum never did). Instead of supporting and not stressing my mother out, she experienced the exact opposite. I hope anyone going through anything similar never has to be treated the way my mother was from Liverpool council employees. The disgust I have for this place is enormous.

Fancy attacking a charity for the disabled that has been in the area, for the last 4 decades. Well the time has come to fight fire with fire. A place that charges for goods and services is a retail business. Is the council offices in an industrial area or a commercial precinct and I mean every council building. If not, then you are operating a business without the proper regulations, as you collect fines and rates. I suggest you cease and desist. If not, what you do to the charity, will come down a minimum of tenfold back on your council .I may not be in the immediate vicinity, but as as person with a disability , you really are ( as Tim Pool would say 'Scumbags')As I type this, I've checked, that I've not defamed anyone and have not issued any threats real or apparent, that may cause or are of a danger to person(s) currently or in the future (livelihoods fall under a separate umbrella or in the councils case a parasol) also of point is your sign writer or the person(s) that approved the signage across the doors, knows nothing about professional to signage. All the wording should do be either centred or on the same line upon the entryI'm right by my comments, it's obviously a joke of a council, must be time for an administrator to be appointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Service is ridiculous. Please do us all a favour and hire people who were raised by their parents with manners. Lilliana you need some extra attention on your attitude and customer service skills.

Very dirty mall!People are eating and drinking in this dirty environment. It is so unpleasant!

I'm born and breed in this area and wish every worker, bar a few, within Liverpool Council a horrible life you scummy excuses of a human, get a real job and don't be such a garbage person. Rude, uneducated, stinky and definitely not professional.
