Secret Path Counselling

I've been a paramedic for nearly a decade, during my time I have been exposed to a lot of trauma that resulted in PTSD. When I met Keith I wasn't capable of working, and couldn't have seen myself returning to my role as a paramedic, a job which I love and have gained a lot of satisfaction from. I was given Keith's business card by a friend, after not having much success with other treatments. I looked Keith up and found that he uses a treatment called the Richard's trauma process. this appealed to me as I did not have to relive or talk about any specific trauma, and it only required three sessions. I was pleasantly surprised that after 1 session my mind was feeling free, the dark clouds were starting to lift, and the clutter started to disappear. By the end of my last session, I was feeling amazing about myself and life in general. I was sleeping better, coping with the daily grind, and it felt like a massive weight had been lifted off my shoulders. For the first time in a very long time I felt alive and genuinely happy on the inside. I had no idea how powerful the subconscious mind is.Keith is a magician and I am eternally grateful for the work he has done with me in such a short space of time. I am also returning back to work in a few weeks, which I am extremely happy about. R.S
