Seve has been super responsive to all our needs and his eye for detail is exceptional. We worked closely together on the design and Seve always communicated clearly and concisely. We are part way through the build, but are extremely happy with the drafting work Draftworx did for us on our new home. My partner and I were looking for a draftsman for our 1947 Inglewood home. I came across Draftworx on instagram actually and found the page and their website really professional and modern. It had a clean style about it which I liked. Seve got back to me really quickly, and was happy to just do some house plans for us. Seve was very open and friendly when we first met him. We could tell he loves what he does as he was walking around our house explaining what he thought would work best for the space we have. Back and forth emailing about changes of plans seemed to be no hassle either and was super clear with communication - which helps when discussing plans!He gave us a even better concept for our space than we could imaging...and we did many mock up's ourselves, but still his was better! We worked with Draftworx to renovate the kitchen and bathroom, as well as create an ensuite (extension), in our 1914 character home in Maylands. We are so super happy with the end result and Seve was amazing to work with.

Seve is a great designer because he listens. He nailed what we wanted straight away, he simply got what we wanted. The other thing that really impressed us, is that he did what he said he would do within the timeframe that he promised. We had some potential tricky issues with council and he found a way to get the plans over the line. We have been over the moon with Seve and have already passed on his details to several people. We first saw Seve’s work at a ‘Perth Open House Day’.His reworking of that house resulted in an engaging, light filled, functional contemporary home yet it was very much in harmony and complementary to the heritage feel of Mount Hawthorn, which we loved.
