Clear Skincare Clinic South Yarra

I have a very good and positive experience at the Clear Skincare Clinic in South Yarra. Few months ago I was suffering from acne, oily/combination, ageing skin, dull, and enlarged pores. My skin treatment has been tailored to my skin issues, and I have been having hydra facial treatment with Leigh. My skin loves the hydra facial treatment as it exfoliates dead skin, gets the gunk out of my pores, and then infuse it with serums and antioxidants that my skin is needing (delicious for my skin!), then LED light at the end to stimulate the collagen in my skin. It is so relaxing and I have been looking forward to my session each time. Leigh gives amazing after care skin advice that you can follow when you get home, very good knowledge and consistent skills every time I get my treatment. Honestly, I didn't know how to control the excessive oil production in my face which was causing the acne breakouts, but Leigh took time to evaluate all the skin care products/regime that I am using and highlighted the problems. Great knowledge in which products/serums to use that will target skin problems.My skin loves the Niacinamide serum which is controlling the oil production, hyaluronic serum that gives my skin the moisture it needs, and moisture plus moisturiser- very light but super hydrating.

I've got nothing bad to say about the clinician that took care of me. Very friendly and professional. The only thing I have to say which has turned me off from coming back is I paid $90 for back and shoulders 5 weeks ago. I have very little hair on my back so it's not like it's a big job. Today I came in for my maintenance and was charged $219! The excuse was that I purchased the previous session on a sale. Regardless if it's a sale or not, how does the price jump up that much? And for what? Literally 10 minutes in the room. How can these places honestly justify their prices? Then literally have a 60% sale Every few weeks? Every laser clinic out there charges different prices also so where are they coming up with these prices? The government needs to regulate these places more closely because it's daytime robbery. To top that off the poor clinicians are obviously being forced to up sell in every session. I won't be coming back here.

They encourage you to buy packages online and then NEVER answer the phone! Have been trying to get an appointment for months before it all inevitably expires. The treatments also unfortunately aren’t consistent and really depend on the facilitator. Used to be a lot better than it is now :(

Love coming here for my laser and skin treatments. The staff are lovely, knowledgable and genuinely interested in helping to achieve my skin goals. I really appreciate all the effort you put into my sessions. Also, I absolutely love the skin care!! I will always recommend your clinic x

This collective of wonderful ladies is the reason I go here. Everything is done with so much care and consideration, from rescheduling appointments to low key freaking out under the LED lamp, I never felt like they couldn’t accommodate. I have been undergoing laser treatment for more than a year. In my last session, they changed me to a new therapist, Juliana Anderson, which was terrible. The worst experience I've ever had, she gave me a full-body laser in 10 minutes, when normally they always do it in 40 minutes her answer is that she has years of experience in laser treatmentsThey are only interested in money and not the well-being of the patient

I get my laser done here & I just had to leave a review for Sky! Absolutely outstanding customer service, great advice, super kind, easy going an I always feel so comfortable with her. She is a huge asset to the team at clear skincare.
