The service centre has a first in first served policy as opposed to book in times which makes dropping the car off in the morning a long 30 minute process.Overall while the staff are friendly the extreme waits are frustrating and i wouldn't recommend it based on this.

They've serviced my 100 VX Cruiser for 8 years and I must say I have nothing but praise for their customer focused service. Had a huge hiccup with the last major service and no problem, they fixed it up ASAP. Good work guys.

For most of my life I have been in battles with car dealership service departments. After I bought a new Kia in 2016 I have been bringing it to Hiltons for service and warranty work and I have been astounded at their standard of service and quality work. At scheduled services and for warranty work they have repeatedly exceeded my expectations. Friendly, personable staff, excellent customer amenities and good feedback make Hiltons Service No.1 in my regard, Thank you

As others have accurately reported these guys are harder to deal with than the ATO... The most un user friendly frustrating customer experience ever ... You email an online booking don't hear back ... You call ..and are asked not only the registration but the VIN number ... make, model, age, and if you don't have the VIN number they won't book it in ... why not have all that on your online booking form ? It's 2023 after all ...and when you get the online form why not call the customer back like your auto reply email says you will ... ? Unbelievable

I find this service very professional and affordable. Wish if they will introduce Zip Money, especially when other things are changed with a service. I think having Zip Money would get more people to use this service. Thanks

I’ve had my Prado back to them 4 timesnow to rectify an intermittent aircon fault. They keep saying the system works fine and there’s no problem, but on each occasion I’ve been charged for labour. Today it was 3 hours and $143 to once again be told there’s nothing wrong. The aircon stopped working before I’d gone 2km!!! I won’t be going back.

If you like waiting 2-4 days just to get a call back then I highly recommend using these guys. But you will then have to deal with THE WORST customer survive known to man. I wish there was a -5⭐️option.
