Meh, not a bad store but their communication could be a little better, had to chase up my last order a couple of times

Gem it are a very reliable company , there product it excellent, fantastic drills and canvases. Plus they also have a fabulous range of diamond paintings.

Even though I have never been to store in Mandurah, as i live in NSW, my purchases online have been amazing and always on time. Communication with the GemIt team has always been spot on. I cannot fault them and I will continue to purchase from them. My sister, who lives in WA, got me into diamond painting and I have never looked back. I cannot wait to go visit my sister next year and hopefully go to visit the store and the amazing ladies at GemIt. I highly recommend this store!

Can't speak highly enough of this store. Their business was heavily impacted by the pandemic delaying their orders but they always go above and beyond to try and make their customers happy and follow up on concerns in a timely manner. Their product is good quality and they have one of the most extensive ranges of diamond paintings available to special order. They can also arrange customised paintings. Highly recommend this Aussie based business.

Definitely will not be ordering another canvas again, I had to order the same canvas twice as one was DSA and the glue was peeling severely in some spots. The replacement was poured glue which had a massive river/crease down the whole middle of the canvas I tried ironing the crease and putting heavy books on it, it was so bad to the point where I couldn’t put the diamonds on it they’d just fall off. The drill field is absolutely terrible too many symbols not completed or too alike. I gave up with Gem it and went with another company instead with the same canvas and I’ve not had a single problem. I’d highly recommend you checking your products before you send them out to paying customersThe DSA was already peeling off in the middle before I tried fixing it, the crease in the replacement canvas is completely pinched together to the point where I can’t place drills on it & it’s very noticeable

Highly disappointed with the quality of the diamond arts I spent over $200 and this is the best of the arts, the others I can't do they will thrown away. I will never purchase from you again. On a few I can't even see what numbers or letters are printed on the art.

I have bought 3 diamond painting kits from Gem It 3D Art so far (2 large) and I've never been disappointed, they came well packed and everything was checked before it's sent, the canvas's barely had a crease (easily removed) or none at all. Everything is good quality and in stock delivery doesn't take to long to get to Sydney and pre orders take about 6 weeks which is the same everywhere. Would definitely order more as needed. Keep up the good work Gem It 3D Art.

This place is amazing. I'm in nsw and the delivery of my products is very fast and efficient. The team is very helpful and I have no doubt that i will be purchasing from these guys. So amazing
