I used this company to freight goods from China too Australia .Worst company I have ever used in 15 years of business . They don’t have a package tracking system that works , take a while to reply to emails and less than helpful when I asked them where my package was . When I contacted this company via phone there English wasn’t great and I found it very hard to understand .I had to consistently contact this company via email just to get an idea when I may see my package would arrive. When box arrived it was damaged and so was it contents due to being handled poorly .Express service that took almost 5 weeks and wasn’t much less than many other premium services available .Be warned spend the extra money and get a good company to move your freight .

Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not use this company whatsoever. Take it as a warning.Poor communication. No ETA and tracking provided and goods were damaged upon unloading. Driver advised it wasn’t their responsibility, then rushed off without taking proof of delivery.Called once which they answered. Advised 1.5 hour until arrival and arrived 4 hours later.Company gets quite defensive as you can see their responses to low reviews. Answers those who provide poor reviews with questionable responses. Never met an unprofessional and poorly organised team.Advised that there was a supposed “tax” and “customs duty” which had to be paid or else goods would not be delivered.Pathetic excuses from a company who are supposedly professional in logistics. Laughable at best.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is fraudulent. They claimed to not be able to deliver my goods without a crane, which would cost $500 USD extra. When I arranged for delivery myself there was no crane required. These people will damage your goods and it will cost you alot. They don't even deliver the goods, they simply take it to the address and charge an additional fee to take the products out of the truck. This is literally the worst company ever. Total scam

Shipping has been paid by supplier but they are holding my shipment to ransom for a fee I have never heard of and never had to pay before with any other transport company. I ask for an explanation. Will not answer my phone calls (once I managed to find the number). Have not returned my call. Emails tell me nothing except a demand for payment. Seriously not happy!

I will give it a 0 if I can. We have a delivery from Austway Express Pty Ltd for big furnitures that were shipped from overseas. First of all they said they will only drive the truck to our place and won't unload unless we play an extra unloading fee of $165. We paid that, and the delivery date they only sent one female driver who was very petite to do the job. The female driver does not know how to park the truck so she asked for our guidance. in the end parking took 30min, and when she finally stepped out from the truck she screamed at us and said we do not know how to guide her in parking. We also ended up having to unload ourselves because she was so small and didn't have the energy. I contacted the company and said why did you only send one small female driver for the job. The company responded saying you are discriminating against female. They also refused to refund the unloading fee.

I don’t know where the bad reviews for this company have come from?I had them deliver two Pilates beds to my business and they were just fantastic could not have asked for anything more and highly recommend.

Ordered Salt & Pepper Shakers paid with PayPal & only received 1 Pepper Shaker. Have tried to contact company without success . Only several emails saying due to covid & will be in touch soon. Please send my order ASAP. THANKS

Excellent service! No other logistics company has this high level of customer service. Very slow response, we've been waiting weeks to get our shipment transferred to our agent for processing, and they don't respond to phone calls, so don't even try there, and emails take forever to get any action out of.Poor experience overall.
