Storage Choice has been a dream to deal with. ALL of the staff are friendly, helpful and patient. The use of the free vehicles to move contents into storage is brilliant.The storage units are clean, modern and easy to access.I cannot recommend Storage Choice highly enough.Thank you so much.

Cheaters Cheaters Cheaters.I am so disappointed with their service. Not recommending anyone to use their facility. Use Kennards instead.When I went there for inquiry they told me that you pay for a month now and than we will give you refund if you vacant storage before completing your month. They haven’t told me about any of their policies.I used it for 9 days and the guy sitting at the reception did my refund process and I suppose to get back $78. He told me that I will get it within a week in my bank account and I fill that form and gave it to him. We met him twice at the time of booking and for the refund as well.I did not get any refund in two weeks after doing refund process so I went there to inquire.This time new guy was there and he told me that you can’t get refund if you not use facility more than a month. The guy who attended you was new and didn’t know the company policy so it is his mistake. The tone was not good this time from the other end.That’s not our fault. They have to train their staff properly and than they can serve the customers.They cheated me haven’t disclose their policy earlier but at the time of refund they told me their policy which is one kind of fraud with customer. For their sake of benefit they are doing this.It is our hard work money they are looting like that.Once again not going to recommend anyone to use their facility. Use Kennards instead.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Mark is the super human from storage heaven! So helpful, caring, kind and accommodating. Thanks for a great storage experience. Clean, new sheds with easy access and plenty of trolleys! Not to mention the lend of a van to move in to the facility. Six stars from me!!

I’m so disappointed with the service of this place. The person who attended us at for the first time , he told us that you will get the refund if you vacant the place before a month and will be charge on days you use the facility.We vacant the place in 9 days instead a month. He told us that you will get your refund in 7-10 working days. He took our sign on refund papers too. We have waited for our refund for like more than 15 days.Today we visited again and another guy at the reception, he was like the person who attended us was new. He didn’t knew the rules and they will not going to refund to us and his tone was too rude.If the person who’s attending is us was new. That’s not our issue. It’s your responsibility to train a staff and convey the proper information to the customer. That guy committed us twice for refund and that’s why we are asking for it. We loose our money.I highly didn’t recommend this place to anyone because these people didn’t trained their staffs properly. They didn’t fulfils their commitments. They are cheaters.Please use Kennards self storage instead of this place.

Very happy with the service provided. Needed to store furniture for a few weeks during a reno, and it was very convenient to have a place so close. Easy, accessible and secure for the removalists. Highly recommended.

Over the last 5 years I've had cause to use Storage Choice Maroochydore on 3 different occasions, most recently over the last 6 months. Service has always been terrific, great communication when needed someone is always available if I've had a question. Well done Mark and the team!
