Communication sadly lacking. I am a back neighbour of a landlord, and our dividing fence is falling down. We have 2 dogs, and the tenants have a dog. I have been trying to arrange a new fence, so far for more than 2 months. The agent looking after this property doesn't seem to care and cannot even return my emails. I don't want to go down VCAT pathway, but am getting to the stage that I need to consider this. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Worst experience i have ever had leasing a properly. Utterly unprofessional.We were told that house will be cleaned and garden will be done before we move in but literally nothing was done.Every time you call their office the property manager is on the call or not in office and they say someone will call you back but that can be within next week or so.On top of that they can mess up the the money they supposed to pay you for maintenance (which was their job in the first place) because apparently we Are supposed to pay them the whole amount first and than they will pay us back.Lastly agent i dealt with ( Andy Nguyen) will make you feel that its your fault that house is in that condition even though no maintenance is done whatsoever.I work in customer service myself and i have never seen this kind if worst customer service ever before.Wont ever go through this agency for anything again.

I have rent through leyton for many years and never have disappointed me. Always respond in timely manners.Bought a property through them as well and it was great Pleasure dealing a sales agent. Always on call.

Excellent communication, advice, and updates all the way through the process, I highly recommend E Sha and Thu!

Diane Nguyen is incredibly unresponsive to any enquiries or requests made by the tenant. She will only reach out when there is a payment outstanding! Tenants/renters are people too. Please don't make it so obvious that you don't respect us.

DONT GO WITH THESE GUYS!!(Update) my mother did not withdraw from any application , she was withdrawn by a Leyton employee.No false allegations where made! I have my own opinion on wether I’d like to take legal action or not, Im allowed to take legal action if something was done wrong! My mother and I have been kind and respectful to your employees but false misinformation from your employees and withdrawing my mother from her approved application is not KIND!Why would she withdraw if she’s been approved?I wish the same to all of you too, BUT you guys are a bad business.Our agent was Diane and apparently she’s always busy, I could probably get in contact with the prime minister before I get in contact with Diane.Her assistant that answers the phone is disrespectful and rude and so is Diane.My mother applied for a townhouse the other week and she was approved. everything was good,So my mum started planning stuff to move in and selling stuff that we didn’t need and slowly packing so that we can be ready to move in(My mum works none stop 2 jobs by the way she’s a very busy person and I work 10-11 hour days)I called the next day and the assistant answered, I called to ask a question about the other town house that we applied for also just to check if we needed to cancel that application because we where approved of this one and I asked another question about parking spots.The next day my mother gets a bunch of emails of more stuff needed for the application (when the town house was already approved)Diane asked us if we can move in on the date she asked which was only a couple days after approvalMy mother said we couldn’t as it’s to soon and gave a date when we could move in which was 26th of feb just 2 weeks since approval , because we have to get in contact with our current agent and give them notice that we are moving out and that we need to organise removalist, take a day off work, and all that other exhausting, time consuming stuff.We waited a couple days for Diane to get in contact and she emailed/texted my mum saying it wasnt approved without any reason even though it was approved the first time. She wasted our time, money and opportunity to look for another propertyThis company mislead and deceived us.Dogssss
