Great service at this store.Walked in thinking I needed to replace the charging port in my phone.The helpful guy there gave it a good clean out and it was like brand new.Saved me the cost of repair.

Anish and Bishal Brilliant!!! Store is so good so much better for buying all the accessories that I need it much cheaper than Optus or anywhere else and to have friendly staff and such huge expertise is in valuable!!!The guys over here both of them did their best effort to help in my phone stuffs. I will always come back to you guys and specially recomend everyone to come and visit the shop.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT VERY HELPFUL WHEN I ASK FOR A PHONE COVER. I HAD TO GO BACK TO MY REGULAR PHONE STORE WHERE I GET 10 OUT OF 10 SERVICE EVERY TIME I VISIT.

I purchased a $30 phone wallet and the same week the plastic license insert came loose. I took it back to the store to exchange and the Dyvia the customer service person advised me that their store policy is that they don’t exchange or refund faulty items. I told her that is illegal and contrary to Australian Consumer Guidelines and she wasn’t really interested. I’ve now lodged it with Fair Trading. A huge waste of time and energy to get a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this store at all. Terrible quality products and ignorant customer service and policy.

Massive shout out to Anish at +61 Mobile Ashfield! I've had ongoing problems with my mobile this year, i am hopeless it comes to technology and Optus support was useless. I dropped into the store just to scope it out - and I am so glad I did! Anish was immediately knowledgeable, easy to chat with, practical and supportive. After having such rubbish experiences in the past I was quite cautious about throwing any more money away trying to fix things. But no pressure! Anish was totally tuned into this and it was clear that his priority was to fix this problem and to make the solution accessible for me. It wasn't fixed straight away, a few trips to visit Anish and before long, I was back in business. I know this is a long review and I don't usually log on here but this is the type of customer care that warrants some recognition. It's tough working face to face with customers - I couldn't do it! So it means a lot to me when someone invest in my experience and goes the extra mile to help me get to the solution. Invaluable! Awesome work Anish.

Bad service, they ended up fixing my phone, but also stole parts of my phone ( they stole my ultra wide lens and swapped my iPhone battery with a different non-apple battery )Wouldn’t recommend going, unless you wanna get scammed and stole from
