During a tough time for our family this company pulled out of making an arrangement for my grandmas funeral 3 days before the service. They then prepared 4 bouquets that were nothing as discussed and filled with only a few flowers and mainly greenery. We had also paid in full but on pick up they charged an extra $45.00 for no known reason. Their service was disgusting shame on them.

They didn’t let me build my own bouquet of flowers , and I was going to spend more than $150 on it .They said - we don’t have to much flowers , and flowers which are they using to make bouquet for sale them self , I’m very disappointed. Never gonna comeback to this shop , they lost customer.

My partner and I visited Fresh Flowers on a Saturday to choose 2x small flower arrangements for the table at a 40th birthday lunch. The lovely florists offered to combine 3 bunches into a unique colourful arrangement for an affordable price. My partner was extremely happy and will be coming back again to buy flowers here again. Highly recommended. Would suggest selling small jars with your flowers if you wanted to add the icing on the cake.

My husband and I bought the most beautiful flowers for a funeral. Jody did an amazing job with the arrangement. So many compliments on the flowers. Thank you Jody and to your staff. This also isn't the first time we have bought from you, another time was for a 90th. Once again AMAZING. (sorry I couldn't upload the beautiful flowers)
