We used this firm for our house renovation and plans for a shed. It takes them 3 or 4 weeks for any change and requires us to chase them with multiple emails and phone calls as they do not meet their promise date. The shed was over-engineered. Our builder said the footings were appropriate for a 3 story commercial builder, not a shed. We asked the engineer to re-consider that, and he said it was correct as is. The cost to build the shed became so excessive that we abandoned it. We do not recommend EDGE Consulting Engineers for residential projects. We were just not important to them so they could not be bothered doing our work on a timely basis, they over-engineered it, and they were very expensive. We paid thousands for plans that we could not afford to use.
