This is something I don't do lightly. But after several calls to the manager and now to their head office. I feel this may be my only other avenue. We had a job done back in June 2020. We had issues which they sent someone out to fix or not fix as it happens. We are still not happy with what has been done and only ask that a store rep comes out to look at the job. I have used other carpet court stores (geelong) before and never had a problem with their customer service except for now.
