Bunnings Villawood

During my recent visit to Bunnings Villawood, I found that the store has a decent selection of products, although not as extensive as some of the other Bunnings stores. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, which made it easy for me to find what I was looking for.The staff were friendly and helpful, answering my questions and pointing me in the right direction when needed.Massive parking area and has McDonalds very close by.

My husband and I parked in the disabled bay on Sunday late morning because we had to and an elderly female staff she looked to have reddish purple hair from the outdoor garden section went out of her way to come and ask my husband if we owned a disabled permit which is entirely none of her business and It felt quite rude of her to ask as I know she would not have asked an elderly person or someone who in her mind “looked” disabled. She’s not a parking inspector nor a doctor so would appreciate it if the staff kept to themselves

Pathetic service. Management to blame. Can learn from Smithfield Bunnings how to treat customers. Very poor experience. Tried to swap incorrect size pipe fittings via trade. Asked to walk around outside whole complex because I didn't have a paper receipt, wouldn't accept digital receipt! When I refused, call to management describing my clothes for monitoring purposes! . Don't appreciate being made to feel like some thief. Successfully swapped the pipes and even bought much more items. Different staff member makes comment that I've returned items before. Yes because it was a defective product and under warranty and I expect tools to last more than a few months and you are obliged under consumer laws to honour warranties! . Not sure what management is teaching staff but they need to wake up before they lose all their customers. I'll never go back to villa wood. I've spent thousands there in the past and happy to spend more at Smithfield, which has much much better service and treat customers with respect.

A very nice out door set value of money good quality decorated with some hanging plants

It's been a few times that I've been to this store to purchase different items. Despite online telling me there's plenty of stock, the shelves are bare. I understand that theft can't be helped, but are the staff doing enough to maintain the stock levels in every isle? Probably not. I regret every time I decide to shop here because at the surrounding Bunnings, there's always stock and neatly displayed.

Very helpful when we returned our plants a few times already, also gave us pointers how to take care properly of the plants

Very nice customer service plenty of parking all though they should to start dealing with afterpay as most of Australian shops are using it

Nice and friendly staff. Huge variety of hard ware, house hold. Plumbing, kitchen, timber, tile, plants and outdoor products. Always something on special price or discount. Large area to look around. Need more staff to serve and help to find the product.

Staff were helpful. I was hesitant to ask for help initially but the lady on the floor understood that I needed help (and didn't ignore me). Helped me find what I was looking for - and was in and out quickly. Other staff at the front were also good too.
